Preparation : 

  • Mix together in a glass organic lemon juice, 1cm of peeled and crushed ginger root, and 1 sprig of mint 
  • Cover with 250ml of Echosip Sparkling Mineral Water
  • Add two teaspoons of honey according to your preference 
  • Let it rest, then strain to remove the ginger and mint.
  • Serve very chilled, and decorate as desired.
